The company is black owned and seeks to promote economic and employment opportunities to the historically disadvantaged communities. This has resulted in EM-HO GENERAL TRADING already displaying leadership in pursuing an employment equity strategy which has been aimed at ensuring greater representation of previously disadvantaged individuals at all levels.
